Customer Service Standards for People with a Disability
OCTC is committed to delivering services to our clients within a fully accessible environment that is both welcoming and respectful.
This commitment to providing excellent customer service extends beyond our clients to all people with disabilities, including clients' families, other caregivers, third parties, and the general public.
As an organization, we welcome:
- people with disabilities who use assistive devices to obtain, use or benefit from our services; and
- people with disabilities who are accompanied by a service animal or a support person.
