Compliments and Concerns

Patient/Family Representative

CHEO's Patient Experience team is there for you. We work to strengthen, personalize and enhance the experience at CHEO. One key role is to work with you through any difficulties you might have and share any compliments you’d like to bring forward. They help patients, families and clients ensure their voice is heard during and after a visit or stay, including understanding some of your rights and our policies and procedures. Our aim is to ensure that child, youth and family feedback (positive or negative) is heard and used to ensure CHEO's care is the best possible.
